The Graduate Academic Advisor advises students on the MAE department's and the School of Graduate Studies' requirements for graduate admissions through degree completion.  A faculty advisor/major professor, provides advice on courses to be used on the Program of Study, and if applicable, research programs and supervisory committee selection.
