Justin completed his undergraduate research with Dr. Heng Ban and was a member of the NASA "Vomit Comet" team. See Notable News for details.

The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is conducting a variety of research topics. USU is a research land grant institution, and the department supports this mission by regularly submitting proposals and receiving grants for funded research. These projects not only benefit the department and faculty research interests, but also support undergraduate and graduate students at USU. Current projects change regularly, but something consistent at USU is the focus on research, which provides students additional benefits to their education in both knowledge and employment.
