Dr. Angela Minichiello is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Education (EED) and adjunct faculty in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Department at USU. Dr. Minichiello is a registered professional engineer and holds five US patents in the area of electronics cooling. Her current teaching responsibilities include Thermodynamics for engineering undergraduates and Foundations of Engineering Education for EED graduate students. Dr. Minichiello’s research examines engineering learning, e-learning, and issues of access, diversity, and inclusivity in engineering education. In particular, she is interested in the discovery of traversable engineering pathways for nontraditional, low-income, first generation, and veteran undergraduates.
